Furnace Repair for a residential customer. Called out to repair a furnace that was not working for the customer. After inspecting the furnace, found the burners needed to be replaced on the unit. Returned the next day with the correct parts and replaced the burners to bring the unit back to working order.

After manually rotating the limit disc, it was operating properly for the remainder of the maintenance. The limit disc might fail in the future causing the blower to not turn on. Took pictures of the model and the part so if the limit does fail we will be able to order a replacement.

Upon arrival found that the condensate line had broken off inside the wall and was now between the inside and outside walls. Cut vinyl tubing above ceiling grid and joined it with a longer section to run it over to the sink so the ac could be run temporarily. Need to have plumber come and cut a tap into a drain stack so the tubing can be rerouted to avoid any issues with draining come winter time.
