Started the system and the burner starts properly with no delay and the draft damper does not move allowing anything to come into the room. The customer mentioned that the smell was stronger in the bathroom area where the oil tank is. Checked the bottom of the tank and saw several drop of oil on the bottom. Did not see any streaks going down the side of the tank. The oil is red in color indicating that it is new. It is only wet around the drops of oil. Customer put a pan under the tank. Upon arrival the boiler was on and we heard a large amount of air in the pipes. We bled all 3 zones of air until we had cold water coming back. Started and tested all 3 zones. Had hot water coming back to all 3. Unit is working properly. When leaving the boiler was at 18 psi. Recommend replacing 2 hi vents. They have been leaking out water in the past and are no longer getting air out of the system. Also recommend replacing the pressure relief due to a slight drip.

Brushed and vacuumed flue pipe and heat exchanger Replaced oil filter, nozzle and strainer Checked all electrical connections and safeties Performed combustion and smoke tests 6.2%o2 40ppm co 0 smoke While performing the maintenance we found water in the oil filter canister again. Brought this up to the customer and they authorized the addition of a water/sludge additive. When pouring the additive in the fill pipe we noticed the vent pipe cap was missing the top part. Notified customer of this and showed them what we were talking about. Recommend replacing the vent cap. We also still recommend replacing the 2 hi-vents on the boiler. They are not letting air out of the system like they should be and they have been leaking in the past but are not currently leaking. Customer stated they are having issues with the water temp coming from the water heater. Upon further inspection found the water heater is from 1997. Manufacturers recommend a lifespan of roughly 15 before replacing. Due

Upon arrival unit was on but not running. Upon further inspection found there was an error code for open pressure switch(E32). Found that the drain lines for the pressure switches and the inducer motor had water in them. Also found that the condensate line going to the condensate pump had a blockage in it which was causing the pressure switch to not close fully due to the water. Blew out all drain lines and made sure there were no other obstructions. Cycled system on and off multiple times and unit was turned on and off accordingly. Also watched it complete 3 full cycles. Unit is working properly
