Performed a heating pm on an oil furnace. Brushed and vacuumed. Replaced the oil filter, nozzle and strainer. Replaced air filter- 20x20x1 and adjusted the blower belt. Started and checked the safeties. Performed a combustion test. System is operating properly. The blower wheel is dirty and recommend having it cleaned.

Performed a heating pm on an oil boiler. Brushed and vacuumed. Replaced the oil filter, nozzle and strainer. Checked electrical connections and safeties. Performed a combustion test. 84% efficient. Drained the system and replaced the flo check. Filled the system and purged. After purging the system, noticed the pressure was still increasing. Valves off the autofeed and the pressure stopped increasing. Recommend replacing the auto feed.

Recommend replacing furnace in the future before the crack leads to any heating issues.

Brushed and vacuumed soot and debris from heat exchanger and flue pipe. Checked electrical connections and safeties. Replaced the nozzle, filter, and strainer. Performed a combustion test on unit. Unit is running at 7.6% O2 , 17ppm CO, with zero smoke.

Preformed ac maintenance check list. Had to add a half pound of 410a to the unit the sc was 8 out of 13 by adding that half of lbs it brought it to 13 out of 13*sc.

Inspected air handles evaporator coil, drain pan, blower assembly, and drain. The drain pan is clear of dirt and debris as well as the drain. The blower assembly is very clean as well as the evaporator coil. Rinsed dirt and grass from outdoor condensor. Checked the charge of the system as well as took amperage readings from the compressor and fan motor. Unit is in good operating condition.

Washed condenser. Blew out drain line Tested condensate pump Inspected evap coil Tested capacitor Tested charge and required sh was 23 and we had 20 which is acceptable for the unit through factory specs. Head pressure was 175psi. suction was 55 psi. 52* f outside temp

Upon arrival found t-stats on but air handler was not turning on. Had no hot water at air handler so the clip on aquastat was not turning the air handler on. Checked circulator pump at boiler and found the loop to be air bound and overheating the pump. Bled zone of air and the air handler clicked on to heat mode. Checked temps on supply and return pipes and had 159 supply and 146 return on the end of the heating cycle. Found that the auto feed backflow combo has to be replaced due to water still leaking by when system is at pressure and that the tridicator is stuck and not displaying pressure and temp accurately. Recommend replacing both
