Upon arrival replaced media air filter. Found that the water heater drain and the pressure relief were both dripping slowly. Attempted to drain water heater down via the drain and could not due to a sediment blockage internally. After getting customer approval we replaced the drain and drained the water heater. We then replaced the pressure relief valve and flushed the water heater to remove sediment. Filled water heater back up and started the water heater. Unit is working properly.

Performed a heating maintenance. Oil boiler. Cleaned the heat exchanger and flue pipe. changed the nozzle filter and strainer. Inspected electrical. Adjusted electrodes. Started and tested. Purged the oil line. Combustion test was 4ppm at 4.4%o2. No smoke on the smoke test. Good draft. The boiler gauge doesn’t seem to be reading pressure. Recommend replacing the gauge. 1/2 Weil McLain gauge. Included an estimate. The oil tank is also very old and the bottom of the tank is fairly rusty. Should replace in the near future.

Upon arrival shut unit off and drained down the pressure. Removed extol 30 and replaced with a extort 60 with a ball valve above it. Filled system back up with pressure and then went to all radiators and bled the air from them. Radiators we’re all getting hot and had no more air coming out of them. Unit is operating properly

Upon arrival I found one oil tank at 7/8 and the second at 1/2. I blew out each tank individually and then made sure each tank had flow. Both oil filters were clean. One has some sludge on it but nothing too crazy. After I blew the lines out I opened both tanks and I heard bubbles in the tank with less oil Which means they are starting to equalize. Bled the oil line and the burner started up. No to their issues found.

Upon arrival found the water heater on hard lockout. Inspected the strainer and changed the nozzle. It had a darkened tip. Strainer was very clean. Upon further investigation I found the water heater has a power venter that was not turning on. I found the main relay in the power vented was partially disconnected. I reconnected it and the power vented and burner both turned on. The unit is working properly now and is running very clean. 0ppm. The water heater and power venter turned on and off as needed.

Through our diag we found that the capacitor was bad and was the cause of no ac. Replaced capacitor and everything was working properly. We did find a mouse run inside the condenser. Tried to flush him out with waster but there was no luck. Customer did have moth balls in the electrical area we left them there.
